Job Description

We're looking for best candidates to join our team as Production Supervisor, with job responsibilities:

1. Create Production Planning (weekly to daily) according to Sales target

2. Responsible to ensure the production output achieve target

3. Coordinate with other departments to support the production process

4. Develop all the subordinates to support the production process

5. Responsible to implement the Lean/GMP/5R in Production area

This position will required profile with some criterias :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): lean manufacturing
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent
• Have strong leadership and good analyticak thinking
• Willing to work in Cikupamas, Cikupa Tangerang - Banten
• Willing to work in shift hours (3 Shifts/week)
